I went for a double-eyelid surgery consultation. Since I originally have no crease, they said I'd need an epicanthoplasty too if I want the line to come out nicely. It didn't seem like they were selling me on anything exaggerated. Both the doctor and the staff were kind. The only downside was that there is a system where you get a slight discount if you provide before-and-after photos, but it seemed like they wanted quite a lot of photos.
