I had a consultation for a revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. First of all, the coordinator was kind, and the doctor was blunt but still polite. I had previously had rhinoplasty without an implant, with a hump reduction and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage, but the tip dropped, so I said I only wanted to improve the drooping tip.
