I visited the hospital, had a CT scan, then went into consultation. They kindly and clearly explained the issues and the surgical plan. Since this was a second revision and my original nasal bridge was already relatively high, they said silicone would not be possible. They guided me through a plan using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, septal extension, and ear cartilage grafting to the alar sidewalls. They only perform one surgery per day, and the cost is a bit high, but they take good care of you after the surgery
