They did not just rush through the consultation; they explained things professionally, almost like a lecture. About a year and a half later, when one side of the buried suture came undone and I went back, they did the revision surgery and only charged me the anesthesia fee. I had scarring after the forehead endoscopic lift, and they also just did revision surgery for that. The scar still remained because my skin simply heals poorly, but they did not ignore me and were responsible with aftercare. Since this is a hospital people go to by word of mouth, there are really a lot of patients, so the wait can be quite severe.
