They really only recommend what is truly necessary, and even if you keep asking them to do something, if the doctor judges that it shouldn't be done, they still won't do it no matter how much you insist. Honestly, they pursue natural results rather than flashy styles, and for quick buried sutures, they take responsibility until the end and provide after-service if they come undone. The nose honestly didn't turn out that well, but it wasn't a major failure either. I'm not satisfied.. but I'm also not extremely dissatisfied, so I just haven't gone for an additional revision surgery and have been living with it.
