In my case, I feel like I chose cosmetic surgery for no good reason. This clinic sees upper canthoplasty and medial canthoplasty as different procedures. In any case, the structure at the inner corner of the eye changes the same way, but they did not explain that well. I would recommend double eyelid surgery, but be careful with canthoplasty.
