A younger sibling I know had it done here and it turned out really natural, so I went for a consultation. That friend had swelling for quite a long time, but once the swelling went down, it looked as natural as an existing double eyelid. However, the epicanthoplasty wasn't that great, so I said I wanted to do it without the epicanthoplasty, but they said then I might not get the line I wanted. So I left it out.
