I went in for a consultation about micro cleft lip surgery, and the manager explained everything in great detail and was very kind! The doctor also gave a strong sense of trust and explained everything in detail. Because it is not a common surgery, I worried and hesitated a lot, but after the consultation here, I felt much calmer.
