6 years ago, because my philtrum was long and made me look older, I researched carefully and narrowed it down to three places, then had surgery here. In the end, I am happy with the result. It is also a part that is hard to imagine having surgery on, and in my case the swelling lasted a long time, but still I am satisfied with the impression it gives. It doesn't change the face that much, but it makes me look somewhat younger and cuter. The only downside is that depending on the person, the scar can be visible. I knew there would be some scarring, but that is the disappointing part.
