I went to the consultation at Layyan, and I think I finally understood why they tell you to look into a private clinic. When I asked for an implant that would feel natural and pleasant to the touch, they recommended Mentor Extra. They also explained very clearly and in an easy-to-understand way how many cc of implant I would need. It felt like they were consulting mainly on breast surgery, and even just the consultation was very helpful.
