First, the manager who gave me the consultation was extremely kind and explained everything in detail. The types of implants, the company, features, safety, surgical method, aftercare, and so on. It felt like I was taking a class???? It was good. Likewise, the director explained everything very calmly and neatly. But there was a slight lack of soul.... T_T I only kept hearing explanations. Rather than my opinion... it was just like, this is like this, that is like that, and this is not possible..? They were truly kind, and it was basically, if you want it, you do it, and if not, fine, you can go somewhere else too~ It was an honest consultation, and definitely a good thing, but I felt like they were not really interested in the patient, which was disappointing. The more I listened, the more I wanted to do it here, but all I got were answers that gave me no certainty, so I lost confidence too T_T.. I am still thinking about it..
