The staff were kind, and the director was kind too. They explained the characteristics of my eyes well and said the plan would be partial incision and ptosis correction. They said they would make the line the way I wanted and even drew it for me, but I didn't really like the line they drew. They said I could redesign the line on the day of surgery, but I wasn't really convinced.
