I had partial incision and eye correction, but it came undone after 2 years, so I had it redone at the same place. When I went in for a consultation because it had come undone, they coolly said they would do it for free, so I had the revision surgery, but the doctor was so much less friendly than when I first had the surgery, and I was not even intentionally shaking my eyes, yet he was extremely irritable. It was the first time I ever cried out of hurt after surgery.
