I had upper and lower canthoplasty and there is absolutely no scar left, and it turned out really natural. The downside is that it's so natural that nobody knows I had anything done!!! (I originally had very little room that could be widened) Still, I don't have any side effects and it's natural, so I'm satisfied in my own way.
