First of all.. the hospital was really big?? The waiting room was a bit chaotic because there were so many people. The consultation manager and the staff were not especially kind. That said, they were not bad either, and the manager was thorough. But the pressure to pay a reservation deposit was very strong.. It was the first time I had been to a hospital with such strong pressure. Still, the director had a good personality and was kind. I had really liked the reviews here, but whether I will actually get the surgery.. I think I need to think about it more
