A while back, when Image Up Plastic Surgery was still in Gangnam, I had a consultation there. A friend of a friend had their eyes done there, and when I said I wanted a consultation for double eyelids and also wanted my nose done, the doctor told me that in my case, I didn't really need nose surgery and should just do the eyes. I felt that was pretty ethical. But they said they couldn't make the kind of eyes I wanted, so I ended up not having the surgery. The consultation manager pushing for a deposit felt a bit off, though.
