The event price for nostril reduction on Baritalk is the price for regular doctors, not the chief director, and the chief director costs extra. The manager was very kind, and I consulted with the chief director, who explained things very comfortably and well. I had the consultation in the order manager > director > manager, and although there was no pressure to pay a deposit, I liked it so much that I left after booking right away.
