The manager is kind, but lacks consultation expertise compared with other clinics. The director is kind and explained well how things could be improved. He seems to be quite honest. For A/S, they said if you are dissatisfied within 1 year, it is available anytime. They do not force a reservation deposit, and the waiting time is not long.
