It has been about a year since I had internal-incision alar reduction. My alar width got smaller, but my nostrils became a bit smaller too. After the alar reduction, the alar wings look droopy. I think I may need alar wing lifting as an additional procedure. I think you need to take good care of it after removing the stitches. I got a scar at the incision site. The consultation staff and the doctor were kind.^^
