When I went to consult at this hospital, I liked that I could consult with the director from the very beginning. After the director's consultation, I also had an additional consultation with a person called the manager, and although I have not had the surgery yet, I liked that they gave me confidence. There was some nonessential talk, so the professionalism seemed a bit lacking. In the end, I am thinking about having the surgery here.
