I had alar reduction + Misco + nasal filler. After the alar reduction, the nostrils definitely got smaller, and because of Misco the tip of my nose also lifted, so at first I was satisfied. But six months after the surgery, the tip of my nose dropped back down like before. I like the alar reduction, but I found myself thinking I should have had surgery instead of Misco.
