This was my second alar reduction surgery. It was the method where they cut the outside. I already had a scar beside my nose originally.. and because it was a revision surgery, I was really worried it would leave even more scarring, but they said they would make the scar less visible and also match the asymmetry a lot, so I trusted them and had the surgery. I like the shape! I guess scars on the nostrils are unavoidable Still, I am satisfied~!
