About 5 years ago, I had surgery to reduce my facial fat. Actually, it was more like a simple procedure than surgery. It seemed to be the kind of facial aesthetic procedure they do, and they explained how my cheek fat would be reduced and how it would harmonize with my facial changes and other features. What I still remember is that when they looked at my jaw, they asked when I had shaved it down, but my jaw is natural from birth....haha That means it must have looked so unnatural and not pretty that it seemed like I had surgery. I asked greedily for them to remove as much as possible, but they opposed that because my cheeks would look sunken. Still, they removed as much as possible. Now that I am older than I was then, my cheeks do look a little hollow, but I wanted this kind of face, so I am still satisfied ^^
