My nose ended up getting all lumped and broad like a complete bulbous nose, and the cartilage poked out to one side, so I eventually had revision surgery somewhere else. I think they have excellent aesthetic sense, but I am not sure about the surgery. It seems like my philtrum got a little shorter, but there is no big difference. I am satisfied with the fat grafting for the nasolabial folds. They seem to be good at fat grafting.
