It left a scar on my philtrum even though it was supposed to be scarless. . My philtrum did not get shorter at all. They just messed with my nose and lips for nothing, so everyone who sees me says my face gives off that artificial-surgery vibe. . People kept saying it would be better than before, so I have suffered for my whole life. If I could go back, I would pay again and have the surgery redone.
