For me, they said they would do a slightly elevated tip rather than a straight bridge (natural look) and that giving the tip of the chin some edge was necessary to balance things because of the wide nose tip. But when I left, I remember thinking that 3.5 mm of silicone did not sound natural, so I passed.. The coordinator was really kind, but the hospital did feel a bit old.
