The director just says exactly what needs to be said and is quite businesslike. The staff who help with the consultation are kind. I had lower under-eye fat repositioning, but the asymmetry on both sides wasn’t corrected when I asked them to fix it, and it recurred so I had revision surgery a year later. Now it’s not perfectly symmetrical, but I’m just living with it and feeling satisfied.
