I lowered the scores for doctor kindness and consultation professionalism because I only spoke with the consultation manager! First of all, I was glad the consultation manager was kind and helpful. Since it's a new hospital, the facilities are clean, and I also liked that there is an after-service period! The part about aftercare being good also looked positive. However, the fact that they had only recently opened a private clinic after working at a large hospital felt a little unsettling to me.
