This was the second hospital I visited. First, the consultation went with the surgeon, then the coordinator, and the facility was clean. The surgeon was someone I had seen a lot on YouTube, so he felt familiar, and I think he explained things in quite a lot of detail. That said, he was brief and businesslike.
