Consultation was with the surgeon first, then the coordinator. There are many reviews saying the surgeon is unfriendly, but it was better than expected. It felt like they explained things calmly. Other clinics said both buried and incision methods were possible, but here the surgeon recommended incision rather than buried. And the coordinator was extremely kind.
