The director is rather blunt. You need to prepare the questions you want to ask yourself. The manager is extremely kind. I went there knowing nothing and after they roughly checked the line, they asked if I had any more questions, which caught me off guard. Still, everyone who had surgery there seems to have turned out well. Overall, it is not bad.
