I asked for an in-out line and had incisional surgery, but from the very beginning of the surgery it seemed asymmetrical, and even after a year it is still a bit asymmetrical, and more than anything it ended up as an in-line. The line is only visible at the outer corner of the eye, and the inner corner is covered so it looks cramped. They said they would do AS, but the line they re-set is too high, so I probably will not get revision surgery here.
