I only had a consultation, but having just one doctor was good for me (?) However, he was quite busy. Consultation after surgery, consultation, and surgery. Still, during the consultation he explained things specifically and seemed very confident. But he recommended a few more things than I expected, so in the end I didn't go through with it!
