I visited at first just to get a consultation, but the wait time ended up being longer than expected, so I couldn't ask the things I wanted and had to rush through the consultation and leave I had made a reservation and went... well, there is usually some waiting time wherever you go, but it didn't feel very friendly, so I think that was why~
