I had a consultation for a hump nose with Manager Han and Director Hong Jin-ju around 10 a.m. on a weekday. 1. Hump nose treatment method: open surgery, no cutting of the nasal bone, filing down the protruding hump + using silicone to make the bridge straight and high. The tip uses ear cartilage and septal cartilage. 2. Doctor’s kindness and expertise: As I had heard on YouTube, the doctor was kind, trustworthy, and explained everything in detail, which I liked. The doctor explained very gently why an implant is needed. 3. Manager’s kindness: She was unfriendly, and maybe because I was frustrating her or because I couldn’t decide right away, she only gave short answers to my questions. Even during the consultation, her eyes were scary... I was surprised that she walked in and out of the consultation room briskly. 4. Facility: The interior was luxurious. 5. Expectations for surgery: Because the consultation manager brushed aside my concerns before surgery, I have low expectations, since I feel like after surgery they might say, 'Other people don’t have this problem, only you do.'
