I had my first surgery here. They said they would use silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. But they did not use ear cartilage and only used septal cartilage. Not long after the surgery, I could feel a lumpy area in the middle of the bridge of my nose, and they said one injection would make it better. Then 8 years passed like that, and I have been doing well.
