It was such a large hospital that there were a lot of people. Four years ago it was among the top three large hospitals in Gangnam. There were so many people that I thought they wouldn't be able to pay attention to me, so I got surgery somewhere else. I remember the facility itself was good. If you made a list and waited, they would consult you, but it wasn't long, and because it was so crowded I couldn't focus well.
