I had a non-open surgery using the septum It was done about 8 years ago.. by a pay doctor and now I am looking into revision surgery at another hospital because of inflammation... I did it together with a friend, and my friend had revision surgery 3 times, while after some time I suddenly developed inflammation and a contracted nose.. it is hard right now
