I had nose surgery, but the tip of my nose did not extend naturally and instead bent downward. Fortunately, the bridge was raised only a very little, so it does not look very prominent, but every time I see it I feel disappointed and annoyed. I wish I had known that a community like this existed. Prices vary widely, and the result depends on the surgeon's skill, so please research carefully before getting surgery.
