Before meeting the director, I waited with the manager for 20 minutes.. Even with the director, it went over 20 minutes. I cut it short and left because I had another consultation appointment. When I said I was worried about scars, they said scars weren't the problem. Since they weren't lowering it much from the original line, the problem was the risk of a double fold. Seeing that scars weren't the problem made me think maybe they're confident about scars, but the warning about a double fold made me think... what if I end up needing several more revisions again? It was a consultation that left me half excited, half worried. The clinic is clean, but it's so cramped that I gave it a low score.
