The doctor was gentle and kind, and the manager was kind too. The hospital atmosphere was also nice because it is a one-doctor clinic, so it did not feel factory-like at all and felt small and cozy. But during the consultation, the manager and the doctor had different opinions, and while I was confused, the doctor's opinion did not feel convincing enough, so in the end I could not decide to have the surgery T_T
