The doctor was extremely kind and warm. I believed him because what he said felt so sincere, but I was dissatisfied with the surgery. Everything up until the consultation and just before surgery was good, but the result was very disappointing. I have a lot I want to say, but I'll hold back. If you ask whether surgery or consultation matters more, I think the surgical result matters more.
