My skin got loose, saggy, and lumpy. I think they do post-op care well.. I had revision surgery, and after the revision my scar got so bad that I had to go in for injections.. I went because it was a hospital with a lot of rave reviews, and the doctor and staff were all kind and nice, but I am not particularly satisfied with the surgical result.. Still, they do take good care of you afterward.
