I had once made a consultation appointment while I was out of town, and I remember that on that day there was some event, so the doctor finished his schedule and the traffic was so bad that I could not even have the consultation and just went back. I was not that upset because later the doctor here personally sent me a text apologizing, which surprised me a little! But once I missed that consultation chance, I did not really have the courage to go back for another consultation
