I went for a consultation because the nose line looked good. It was a large hospital, and I knew the surgeon changed often. The price advantage was huge. Even with autologous costal cartilage revision surgery, it was 350, and if you added rhinitis treatment, it was 200 to 250. Because the head coordinator and the surgeon change often, I felt like aftercare would not be well managed. The surgeon was the type to give straightforward consultations, but also empathic and kind. At that time, they had only recently started there, so I did not know how the surgery style was done and ended up postponing it. I was drawn in because they cared about things like the nasal columella, but in the end I did not do it there.
