I had tip surgery two years ago. In the end, my nose became asymmetric, and the tip got insanely high, turning into a Pinocchio nose. I went back because I wanted revision surgery, but the doctor who did it had gone to another hospital. This is why you have to be careful with traveling doctors.. I am now visiting other places for consultations because I am planning revision surgery soon.
