First of all, the desk staff and the other staff members welcomed me kindly. After the CT scan, I went in for a consultation about contouring 3 types. The director was very calm and kind, and at the same time gave me an honest diagnosis of the areas I wanted to improve without holding back. Things that did not really need to be done, possible side effects I might experience after surgery even in the worst case, how the surgery would be done, the method, the limitations, and so on. I liked that it felt relaxed and not like we were being rushed by time. The executive manager? The manager who handled consultations also seemed to have a lot of pride in the hospital and a lot of confidence in being accident-free, so I felt reassured.
