This time I only tried one session each as a test. Effect Arms: the firm fat became softer, but there was no reduction in circumference. Axillary breast tissue: since I did not have much fat there to begin with, the effect was good. Love handles: after the treatment I exercised, and I can see that the line changed. Side effect: I got abnormal bleeding for a week, less than a week after my period ended. It was because of the steroid, so there were side effects. I do not recommend this for people who are very stressed. I had no strength, felt sleepy, and it was too hard.
