I did it twice, and because it was a fat-dissolving injection, I had a very detailed consultation with the manager and went straight to the procedure without seeing the director. I was quite satisfied at the time (49.x -> 47, about 1.5) but I could not maintain it, so it was too temporary... The manager was detailed and kind.
