Because it is a large hospital, even for injections they seem to rotate the director randomly. I received it 3 times, and all 3 times the director changed. I also got one with steroids, and I think I saw a decent effect without side effects, so I am satisfied. It seems effective for cheek fat, but I am not sure about chin fat.
